I am determined and have a passion to follow through with REI!

Due to recent life changes and events, I have rekindled my passion for investing. 

Do what you want to do, be passionate about whatever you decide and chances of it working will skyrocket.

If they have  done a good job other than this, just have a sit down over coffee and discuss what you want and why your landlord is so passionate about this issue. 

With listening to the podcast I have found a true passion in real estate and I’m ready to further my development and find my next deal.

The difference between the people that I see who succeed and fail or give up is that some have a passion for money and others have a passion for real estate.

I really feel a passion for real estate investing and I'm willing to push through until i breakthrough.

it's a lot of money and i won't let them get away with it --___--    plus i'm facing serious renovation cost after they moved out, the place was a total wreck :( any good advice or reference would be really appreciated.Side notes: I think the judicial system hate landlords with a passion, I can't understand for the life of me why i need to bring the tenant to court t a second time to ask the judge the same thing we took them to court at the first place, it's ridiculous and frustrating, the system allow people to get away with your money but you can't owe them a penny and this is ******** !!!!!

But I'm also passionate, detail oriented and diligent about everything I do, so I'm gaining more confidence (with the help of BP) that I can outsource these things on my own.
