Probably more growth than bmore but cheaper than D.C. as an aside it’s not totally clear to me that with the interest rate environment we are in Baltimore metro and Frederick won’t outperform D.C.

I expect any investment property worth owning to be cash flowing 2-4X that return.Beyond that, over time any rental worth considering should be far outperforming the 6-7% you expect from your Roth.

I occasionally have sellers remorse but our investments in our local market was far out performing the Gulf Shores property and a a result of the hurricanes the Gulf Shores property was taking a lot of work/effort (after both hurricanes we had to go there to get the property to be worked).Gulf Shores is awesome.
