Looks like there has been another indefinite stay of the filing requirement as of Dec 27. 

You've got to remember the home has already been through numerous inspections prior to delivery, so the time it takes to finish is minimal.  

You could live in one unit and rent out the others to offset your mortgage, staying within your $4,500/month affordability limit.

People staying for 30-90 days are a completely different customers than someone in a years lease.

That said it is possible that you need to evaluate your stays and decide if it is worth taking shorter stays or sticking to some longer stays to reduce your time commitment and maximize the revenue for time invested.
