Are they showing you places that match what you've asked them to show you?

I put alot of importance in reading, so I made them read classics at 1st, then mindset (think and grow rich etc) then financial acumen (rich dad etc) thankfully they all have w2 jobs so 401k match, roth etc. 2 are homeowners (don't want to be REI investors) but the last 1 is saving for REI investing.

I also have company stock thru Voya as a 401k match.

I beat a corporate cash offer by matching and adding $5k.

Some places require the platform to report days rented to the city, and I have heard of forbidding platforms from renting if X days exceeded, on penalty of losing permission to do business in the city.You also have to report your activity to the city, and may God have mercy on your soul if your report doesn’t match the rental platform’s report.
