Auckland has the strongest population, price and rent growth in the country. following to that i would look at outer Auckland or Hamilton.I suggest you subscribe to the NZ Property investor magazine, (can read it online or tablet too) to stay informed about the market and the general NZ Property sector.

While I attribute the situation to a lack of professionalism rather than an act of malice, this type of behavior seems to be endemic in the wholesaler sector of the business.All my best to you on your future endeavours.

Senior care as a sector simply outperforms other sectors of real estate and the higher returns are more of an indicator that the investor chose the right sector to invest in rather than a higher risk assumed.
