I recommend you setup a keyword alert here on Bigger Pockets for the word turnkey.

Might want to check in with the local forums for each, and also be sure to type out the state names so that members can see your ask through the keyword alerts.  

I found this thread through my keyword alert of "Jacksonville" but mine was supposed to be for Jax, FL... oh well!

The key word is "some", as it's not a simple rule.

I'm heading back at the end of the month but hoping to do one more real estate "meetup" here on the island - so be sure to set up a Keyword Alert for "Oahu" at BiggerPockets.com/alerts. 

Another tip is to set up keyword alerts (ie Multifamily, Atlanta, etc) to reach out to people and follow up with them on there commentary if there already doing what you're interested in pursuing.
