They are like any other group, you need to have an iron clad lease.

Ironically, my one of my wife's best friends from her college days in Minneapolis was born and raised in Richfield.

(Ironically they don't have a problem with people never getting that money becuase they don't know it exists or how to claim it)The contract you use should definitely be prepared by a local attorney familiar with that type of business.

To address the somewhat ironic accusation, I did not even call the insurance company nor did I accuse anyone (including the neighbor I am fairly certain took the HVAC).  

Depending on just how much available time you have for this business, I'd put at least some time into researching the various metro markets of course, but at some point I'd then take that list of acceptable areas and move on to whatever you need to do to make sure that you're running your business as smart and efficiently as you possibly can.PS-Ironically, with this extra attention that my area has been getting here on BP recently, I just thought I'd throw in that if by hard work and/or some luck, I'm able to hit a real "home run" or multiple home runs if necessary and I was then able to move anywhere and be able to afford a nice home in any metro area, I'd be moving somewhere near to where you are now!

David, by now this could have been ironed out, one way or another as to what their specific issue was.

It is on a concrete slab and is big enough to fit a couple of bicycles, a kayak, a BBQ or whatever else the tenant chooses.
