Hi I'm a newbie and I live here in the Athens GA area and I'm just jumping into the RE area trying to learn all that I can before I invest in a particular RE area. Thank you Bigger Pockets and everyone for your posts of valuable information. My question is is there also a way to make money from what's called excess funds from auctions and if so how can it be done legally and with what contracts should I use? Thanks
