It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, interstate, and a new county hospital.

So we started talking about her brother's house (the house that I stuck my head into).At first it didn't look like it would be that great of deal but I kept a good rapport with Linda (the guy's brother) and I come to find out that the City that this home is located in is very intersted in buying their home and they are going to come over in about a week.

Ask questions of investors and try to find out if there's interst in partnerships, what types, what types of properties, what areas, etc.

Especially with the new interstates going in as well.

Texas does not require a license to be a GC.If you are intersted in this property, you need to get at least one more bid.Also, you definitely need someone to oversee the project.
