A little bit about me,  I just moved to Detroit downtown metro 3 months ago and I am inspired by Brandon's "90 Days Challenge".

My bIggest hope in wrItIng thIs Is to Inspire others out tgere to get started.Three years ago I went down a personal finance rabbit hole.

What they don't realize most REALTORS have decades of work/life experience, their children are grown, they have a working spouse and/or pension, and they've been in real estate for 10+ years and have built their business.Statistics do have value. 80% of REALTORS don't quit just because they are lazy.

They started high on the market and it set until winter with it being in a estate so the children were just ready to move it.

They have a history in the town that includes loosing their children for undisclosed reasons.

Another thing, I eventually want to purchase a single family home for me, my wife, and 6 children.
