There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

It's been very enlightening to learn that I don't actually need the proverbial 'rich uncle' to get started investing in real-estate.Any quick advice for someone who doesn't have a lot of extra cash and a car loan that I hope to get paid off in under 2 years?
