Conversely, if you buy a home in an owner occupied neighborhood and your guests are causing problems, even if it's 100% legal and zoned properly and you're following every rule to the letter, you're still going to get hate mail, owners harassing guests, calling the cops for every little infraction, etc, etc.

Not worth the aggravation.She might start harassing guest even if she doesn't break any windows.If you have video proof of any theft then you might be able to make a case.

It seems in my market, inspectors look at investors as people with endless means and harass us with burdensome improvements and nit picking, while letting owner occupied homes continue to slid into disrepair.
