I did have a sewer scope done on the property back when I bought in last August 2017, and it came up clean, so I'm hoping it isn't that, but I think it is best to let a professional figure it out since it is more complicated than some hairs clogging it!

It may seem the Amazon jobs are solid but with that there are so many other jobs such as start ups and ancillary businesses like hair saloons to restaurants that would be hugely affected if the cycle starts to turn a bit and people start cutting back on hitting their prime buttons for easy convenience and starts buying in bulk and cheaper brands of daily goods.

And the only reasons I haven't pulled out my hair and quit is because I don't have much hair left and because I sometimes get a flurry of acceptance activity like I mentioned in my blog, telling me that my method still has merit.

Your also talking about a situation where your going to talk to an investor which is fine - now if it was a little old white hair ladies house that just burnt down that your going to try and profit from the situation it comes down to if it were mutually helping her vs taking advantage.
