Gym or exercise facility?

We are adding a gym and a god park, and renovating the pool area.With all of the new construction coming into this location, post-renovation Sun Crest will become the most affordable option for renters desiring to live in a trendy, revitalized location.Congratulations to Sam and all of our partners!

Plus I get a gym, pool, tennis court, etc, to use when I want with the condo’s.

The home has an attached garage, community pool and gym.

The building has many cool amenities like a small gym, pool, off street parking and additional storage for each unit in the building on the 1st floor.

It might be helpful to create separate lists for friends, family, co-workers, teammates, a gym family, a church family, etc.

Backstory:My wife and I invested in a small struggling gym 3 years ago when we were both 23, the gym is doing very well now and we are going to walk with about $50k in capital.

I noticed there is a house a few miles from my home right next to the gym I go to that is all boarded up.
