Yours looks like it is a bit more work but I would definitely do some research before spending that type of $So far the consensus is that this is steep but these guys quote these prices to insurance companies, but unfortunately we are paying out of pocket and cannot or i should say I do not want to pay these prices.

Break down your rehab into individual jobs, for example get a electrician for electrical work, a plumber to repipe the house, a dry wall guy to close out the walls, etc.

Of course you have your own guys, so that saves you a lot in labor, as I’m assuming you’re getting decent quality for good prices paying them direct.

So my insurance broker says he cannot be added.My attorney advises I should maintain the previous insurance plus setup a new one under the LLC in FL who is the beneficiary of the Trust and then to add the Trust as additionally insured.But i would like to avoid double paying for insurance.Will you guys please advise on how to go about doing this?
