One thing you will want to keep in mind is privacy & noise.

If you really grind you could probably pick up a deal in a month or two

It's hard to imagine interest rates being this low forever, to be sure.Agreed to not get caught up and distracted by the noise and talk of what "might" happen and the posturing & politics of it all.My main concern is I took a line of credit out against my stock portfolio to rehab a duplex house hack and im concerned about the performance of the stock market moving forward in 2022 with the volatility.And would like to have that debt on a low fixed rate moving forward with inflation rising.Refinancing was my first plan, to pull out equity to repay that line of credit. 

My tenant has been dealing with a mess, noise, inconvenience and heating a cold house since the dry wall got pulled out in November.

I followed up a week later to check and ask if they were able to get bins for the pet stuff and to ask if the noticed any reduction in mouse noise.

They do make noise upstairs.

I am on a hill for drainage, behind the Home Depot and WalMart, two blocks North of Brandon Blvd. convenient to everything and away from the noise and traffic in Tampa.
