I worked with many high-end designers, and some were great and other were just into their little niche styles (green for instance) and so the project sometimes can end up just looking weird.I would go on Zillow (or similar) and see what the houses in your neighborhood look like when they are fixed up pretty and ready for sale.

You REALLY need to keep close tabs on a flip until you are to the point you aren't so green and you know you have trusted vendors and such.  

I have watched several discussions, including David Greene's video, around the recent lawsuit against NAR and RE brokerages.

Paint it, remove green weeds and green window cover thing, maybe black top the driveways.
