What does the City of Chi tag the owners with for property tax?

Just an easy thing to add to a tag line, or business card or flyer or whatever to take someone right to the pics of the rental.  

In Massachusetts, they allow removal by almost anyone as long as they are properly bagged, tagged and disposed of properly. as far as painting is concerned, don't sand or scrape them.
