Time, money and effort.  

Though U.S. recovery efforts after Hurricane Maria were slower and stingier than the response to hurricanes in Florida and Texas, Puerto Rico has access to relatively extensive American disaster resources.  

Your goal now should be to put in the minimum amount of effort and money to get your unit to rentable condition so you can max out your capital return before you sell it.

The city has seen steady growth in recent years, with various neighborhoods experiencing revitalization efforts and increased demand for housing.There are plenty of opportunities for value-add investments in Philadelphia, particularly in under-valued, distressed, or poorly managed properties.

My question is, do you think it is still worth the effort to try and rent this out as a MTR?
