Silly me, I thought all the girls could share one bedroom and all the boys could share another, but there was a court order involved.

I bought a quad last November which was fully rented with long term (3+ years) tenants who all want to stay as they see me as more proactive than their previous landlord.A few of the units look to have original kitchens (circa 1950's) but tile floors that were redone in the 90's (with some hideous grey pattern that reminds me of the set of the Golden Girls).

I'm a music girl, training myself to start listening to podcasts and audio books more now.

I am married with 2 little girls, and I am officially tired of being stuck in the "rate race".

Not sure where to find guys/girls who can dress up to look intimidating but I suppose when faced with an eviction, we can all get pretty creative.

While I am a do it myself kind of girl.

I've posted in the "Getting Started" forum a question I've been pondering and have had great responses and advice from fellow members.

Apparently this 35 year old guy was chatting with some highschool girls on facebook and was not appropriate with his conversations and a daddy found out.

Also my water bills would surely suffer, although they would be much worse with 2 adults living with 2 teenage girls!

Plus, that one show, Rehab Addict, where the good looking girl fixes up houses "the right way" doesn't help either, on the 2 or 3 episodes I watched she made endless references to other house flippers and how they cut all the corners and basically ruin homes, especially older, classic homes!
