Depending upon the time of year, gardens can be laid out, bulbs or shrubs planted, and it can get established while someone is there every day to water it.I prefer not to finish rehab and then have to go back to the house once (or even twice) a day to water the new plantings.

If i was smart i'd ride a bike more and set up a garden in the back yard.I consider oil to be a whole different animal unto itself and I think we are in for a minimum of $3+ gas for a very long time.Montlhy changes in CPI are still positive but significantly lower than the recent trend.
