One very experienced investor basically told me that it all depends on your comfort level with how many assets you want in one basket.

Also, they were the only manufacturer I saw that offers a 10 year warranty on both the motor and the basket for their washers.

You do need to have your own business (but it could be basket weaving, so that is the easy part) :lol:

This will allow for more flexibility in strategy as you go, by being able to either sell that property for a nice gain or take the increased equity from those properties and invest them in more properties.With one building you have all your eggs in one basket.

While this doesn't mean your personal finances can be a basket case, it does mean your DTI should not take a hit.   

(more expensive than you think)- Various bits and pieces like hangers, iron board, laundry basket, garbage bins etc. 

If I'm making $15-20k a month or own 100 properties when I'm 89, that doesn't give me time to enjoy the fruits of my labor.I finally decided that in 12 years, by the time I turn 40, I want to be retired from property management and focused primarily on managing my properties and finding new deals.

I just want to encourage you to not put all your eggs in that single investors basket.

Comparing the two insurance types in this thread's title is like comparing an apple and a watermelon - yes, they both are fruits, but if your recipe for apple pie calls for apples, you don't substitute watermelon.
