plus you can always go be a greeter at Walmart for extra income. or any number of other easy jobs when your old to kill some time so you dont get too board I saw an article the other day about how Wal-Mart is doing away with greeters...might have to look for another way to make extra income. lol I agree with a few of the people who said being rich/wealthy is more about having good friendships/relationships than it is about money.

I tell the propspective clients I counsel in my office--- pay me a couple thousand now, or a couple hundred thousand later.Also remember, that the majority of the states observe the "Statute of Frauds" this means that in order for any agreement surrounding the disposition of real property to be valid and enforceable, it must be in writing and signed by all parties.....Sorry about the lecture... but I see way too many people make big problems by not spending the intial money and time to fully protect themself, their property, their family, and their friendship!!!

If your friend doesn't manage the first round of funds well and pay with no issues then you can simply stop the next round of funding and not take as big of a loss.Business is business regardless of the friendship and if anyone is trying to get money from you without a written business agreement and security I wouldn't call that person a friend at all but trying to take advantage.No legal advice.
