To add Wa State currently has a eviction freeze and rent increase freeze.

I normally increase between 2-3%, but with the ongoing pandemic I am freezing all rent increases and just focusing on keeping occupancy strong. 

It does get cold, but would be surprised as well if the line could freeze.  

Will you be able to do so for unpaid rent during the eviction freeze/moratorium?
