But I've recently read the E-Myth and am currently reading the Checklist Manifesto, and both of those books have given me some good frameworks to work with and I'm implementing those ideas into my existing portfolio and will translate that to scaling, like you said.

I didn't provide gross rents or Cap Rate, so I'm not certain how you're coming to your conclusions.I view "The Stack" as more of a mindset framework than an operational plan, so I'm not certain why it wouldn't work at the moment.I appreciate the feedback.

The vast majority of my transactional experience is in commercial real estate, and owning property in entities is standard practice in CRE but it should also be noted the properties are encumbered by commercial loans which are designed to accommodate entity ownership.The research I've done by speaking with lenders and reading first hand accounts of using entities in residential real estate tells me there appears to be a barrier if the loans are not portfolio loans and even then I'm told lenders who use an underwriting framework that mimics Freddie/Fannie will not allow ownership in an entity.Someone else posted about using a trust vehicle to limit your liability, and I too think this might partially serve your purpose.

We are getting on the phone tomorrow and I expect that he'll have a lot of this framework built out already, I'm trying to do my homework so that I can have an intelligent conversation, bring something to the table as far as the structure goes, and show him that I'm committed by going out within a matter of days and getting a crash course on this type of investment.Yeah the $200k was an example...for this first deal, I would expect them to bring something like $200k each so I can purchase a SFH, then in the future, they might commit to something close to $1.5m.
