Most rei folks love young folks super interested in the field. 

Even for beginners or those on a budget, anyone can master and succeed in this field.

We don't want to field zillions of after hours emergency calls for locked out roommates and their parents in the middle of the night, when there's nothing we can do save for drilling a lock or breaking a door (which would then need to be secured). 

I’m not in your field of expertise in the lending space, but the lenders I have given repeat business to typically have taken a few moments and let me explain my situation to see if we would even be a fit for each other, before, trying to make me fill out some long application that asked for everything short of a blood sample.

Hi Charlie,I have plenty of experience in the electrical and low voltage field.

I prefer to be the GP and control the assets with my post tax dollars since it's my field of expertise vs becoming a private money lender with preferred returns but no control on performance. 

However, the field of potential MTR guests is so much broader than just travel nurses alone.

But the number one thing to do is to be a high earner in your chosen field.
