This property has a tenant that is paying $3500/month until Dec 31st which on 1 side brings in a little cash flow while waiting out the virus situation a little longer.

Why would you sell today if you’re being told you’ll get more in 6 - 12 months, you “know” your house is virus free, or you’ve lost or might lose your job and not qualify for a loan or even a rental. 

One in which people are saying everything will return to normal once the Coronavirus pandemic ends and one in which they say this is just the start of a major downturn and the virus was the catalyst to make that happen.
