If the job market here stays strong over the next two to three years Austin/suburbs should finally see some decent appreciation.Some of the neighborhoods I "fish" in have seen quite a few sales to Californians so while 1/3 may be strong there is definitely some evidence that the speculators have arrived.

-Capital of Alberta-One of the fastest growing cities in economic/industrial development-Just north of Edmonton, are the oilsands (2nd largest oil region in the WORLD) -From now till 2020, there will be billions of dollars invested into oil upgraders.

If there is anything you need, please ask.I hear that there is a pretty good real estate boom going on up in Ontario due to oil discoveries.

So what the law firms did is look around for anyone else they could add who had anything to do with the oil industry.

Has anyone gotten a phone call from some "former Pinnacle employee" from Atlanta asking if you are interested in investing in oil in Kentucky?

Of course with the oil price up we are getting lots of new people in the area for that type of work.

I now invest in oil and gas projects, and have found that the benfits on both my time and taxes are significant!

They are located in a great area, about a block from the water and the city is building a big park, fishing piers, bike path, children’s playground, etc, along the water.
