Easy waste disposal, might be cheaper than shelves.I like the desk in there, but I also cold see a fireplace or wood burning stove in that space, and over the uncovered patio possibly rail type roof to cut the sun load in the windows, and maybe a 6 foot sliding glass door instead of the patio door.Great design--I really like it as is though!

We replaced roof, improved master suite with walk in closets, ripped all the paneling down, replaced with drywall, painted the whole inside of the house, white washed the brick fireplace, placed LVP flooring throughout the house, replaced counter-tops in kitchen and replaced vanities in bathrooms.

The other issue is that the "Master" by virtue of proximity to the bathroom and privacy from the street is actually smaller than the 2nd bedroom, and the 2nd also has a fireplace
