The protections under SCRA apply to active duty members of the regular forces, members of the National Guard when serving in an active duty status under federal orders, members of the reserve forces called to active duty and members of the Coast Guard serving on active duty in support of the armed forces.

I was taught that a judicial sale will wipe out all leins except federal. 

Also, since there are state and federal rules about the terms you can use when originating a loan, I wonder if note holders also take on some new roles or obligations.

The other side of the coin is .....I don’t think a strata bylaw overrules Federal and Provincial laws that allow people to cultivate.

Major employers are the base, federal agencies such as border patrol/homeland security, school district, city, and the hospital.

Also, look up the new areas the federal government is investing in.
