HiIf one is buying an income property with a mortgage, what are your thoughts on buying properties in a rising rates environment?

The giant tub of paint even states that it is not suitable for certain environments, including high traffic areas or washing.

Being around buyers/sellers etc and just that environment.

I attribute this to it now being off season and inventory is sitting there and very few buyers on the island.Have any of you invested in a similar environment?

I would submit that finding a property that would pass that test is nearly impossible in the current environment, still I beat my head against the wall daily in attempt!

And whenever you’re going to make one of the most important/expensive purchases of your life, it’s nice to know you have a collaborative environment here to ask questions and gain insight.

Families want to provide a stable environment for their children so they tend to stay in place for multiple years.

And then in 5 years you'll have to look for another loan, most likley in a higher interest rate environment!
