I love learning from everyone around me male or female, I am happy when we can all have greater success by enlightening each other.  

When I see wording that basically implies cash flow = rent - PITI, I find it scary and want to enlighten.

As I understood from my attorney, he mentioned, that banks might not be willing to lend to this setup because, at the end of the day if they are lenders, they are taking the risk of lending money and they are not comfortable with this approach because there is no precedence as such of such cases.Can anybody enlighten and elaborate on this?
