At what point in the journey of finalizing your market, and offering a deal would you begin to engage an attorney?

I'm confident this is a good fit. 

I did get a judgement against her, had it recorded, engaged a collection agency, but after 3 years have yet to get paid. 

@Ashley Campbell You are wise to engage an accountant who understands real estate and who has a significant percentage of RE investor clients.That said, it shouldn't cost anywhere near $5K for you to get answers to basic questions!

For just a moment, is it possible that folks would just want to participate in an open and engaging discussion about a topic without intending to discredit another person's view on a matter? 

It was a sensitive time for the country and a terrible time for the president to engage in crazy talk like that during a press conference, which is why it got so much attention and is still referenced.
