The only thing you might want is lost rents coverage but you can talk to your agent about maybe getting an endorsement for that.
Christopher Russell Florida title insurance companies do not endorse.

The liability portion of tenant insurance policies isn't designed to cover the property of tenancy, and in some way that liability (or aspects of it) will likely be excluded.There are various ways to mitigate the cost of insurance - shopping around regularly, increasing deductibles, making sure you aren't paying for endorsements that don't apply - but you're highly unlikely to win if you try to make insurance for one thing cover something else.

Yes, you can assign by adding an assignment clause to endorse the contract to another, if state law doesn't forbid it, so ask your attorney.......tell your attorney to assign your contract to the buyer.
