I had to evict one recently who had been great for 3.5 years and then I'm not sure what happened, but things went downhill.  

I used to use e-renter for years, but their credit check aspect has gone down hill and is fairly worthless so there are better options out there now. 

I had to move home for a few months to recover, and my father's health was heading downhill rapidly (Parkinson's was robbing him of his retirement he had worked so hard for). 

I also have the one on 9th and Broadway, hehe and the house that is 2 houses downhill from 9th and Broadway. 

It was managed terribly and went down hill from there.

If you keep exchanging, it is like a tax snowball rolling down hill. 

If you have a corner heading down hill you aren't going to get things plub, level and square until that is fixed.New flooring is usually a last item with me , tear out is just before installation.

I only know two things about plumbing  one pay day is Friday and excrement flows downhill..  

I hope its all down hill from here because I'm ready.

The fact that you are already planning a 4th and 5th mailing leads me to believe the ball is going to start rolling downhill soon.
