Neither....WWEI.Leh and Wamu werent penny stocks when I got the check.I just took a complete gamble with WWEI.The only think it had going for it was its a wind company and Pickens announced his plan interest spiked and took it to .20.Though I believe its a scam company because they have been touting a PPA for a windfield and keep pushing the dates out.I wouldn't invest in the company.

But we do have $20,000 in savings.I'm taking into concideration:- moving expense and time- location and crime- Cheaper places are likely to have other expensesAnd are the ads for $1000 rentals just scams or really bad areas?
