We have a tiny (VERY TINY) staff who are devoted to building BP's tools and applications for our users.

I agree many were scammed by crooked sales people but the bottom line is nobody forced them to sign the dotted line.

I've seen ALL the scams.

I've seen ups and downs, and lots of scams out there.

Maybe we should look into loan mod. scams as well.

It might be so in some places but it certainly doesn't go down by the same %.Because its a big scam.

Neither....WWEI.Leh and Wamu werent penny stocks when I got the check.I just took a complete gamble with WWEI.The only think it had going for it was its a wind company and Pickens announced his plan interest spiked and took it to .20.Though I believe its a scam company because they have been touting a PPA for a windfield and keep pushing the dates out.I wouldn't invest in the company.

Personally, I think it is pretty much a scam and is very expensive.

But we do have $20,000 in savings.I'm taking into concideration:- moving expense and time- location and crime- Cheaper places are likely to have other expensesAnd are the ads for $1000 rentals just scams or really bad areas?
