Anyone aware of a similar application but that allows multi-currency?

Our grandchildren who are not yet born would have to pay for it :-(There are generally, and largely, three ways governments obtain currency: (1) taxation, (2) debt issuance, (3) inflation (printing money).In the wake of the 2008/2009 financial crisis, the latter has become the most popular for both political parties and even the Treasury. 

For now, it's using USD for the currency but it shouldn't affect the way it calculates your deal.

Should I open a Roth IRA and place money in some different ETFs, REITS, and maybe a splash of crypto?

The purchasing power, on the other hand, goes down by 2%.The FED is trying to have the currency worth less and less.

With this in mind, I'm mainly looking at these two avenues (Real estate and crypto) as a means of diversification. and cashflow.  

It's kind of a shell game a closing anyways since the primary lender is bringing $X in digital currency and the balance, owed by the buyer, could also be paid in ditibytes by the seller (reducing the seller's proceeds from sale). 

I’d focus on income verification - lots of people have funny money these days from asset appreciation (micro cap stocks, crypto, etc.) but may not have as much verifiable income (you’d want $250k+ combined income at the minimum).
