While it provides a steady income stream and potential appreciation, it demands active management, thorough tenant screening, and may involve higher vacancy risks compared to traditional leases.

This really means, what tax return reports the activity of the property.

For example hang drywall is a 3 day activity tape and mud five days.

I can sub out all the PM activities, leaving the "business" to me.
