But then my response would be well...some people hate being confronted face to face invading their space and they will take the defensive stance, or even worse they feel attacked or violated and they even get aggressive.Then secondly, sure door knocking gets you a face to face audition, but how many people can you cover in a day?

I had to confront them about it, and I find their monthly statement so hard to follow (they put multiple months charges on one month statement) that I wasn't sure if they actually refunded me.The evicted home needed to have repairs.

We advocate on the local and state level here in Georgia and every time we confront a bureaucrat who spouts off all these horrible stories we ask for the data.

@Christine Smith What I meant was that even with all of the pre-screening questions, interview, and confronting the prospect about your findings on Facebook, they are still insistent on getting the application and going forward.

These are the people who hate confrontation and avoid it all costs, or having a "bleeding heart" (i.e. tend to believe all the stories that people tell them, thus feeling bad and want to help them).
