YesI don't think anyone here in this thread has disputed any of those things.For reference, I'm a foreign language speaker, and I've never had any issue renting places.

Does anyone have experience/expertise in student rental/family splits or foresee an issue renting to a family in one unit while having the other unit with students, when the general idea was to rent to students fully.

And since you could always provide the correct documents and proof that you've made your payments and the payments have been correctly credited to your account, I'm not sure it's worth paying a lawyer over this issue, really.

We made a nice little nest for them out of towels, and large dog bed, and cardboard.

Christian Morrison I have never had an issue renting out a house here in Colorado, and I own houses in north and south Colorado.

They would be lucky to share a card board box under a bridge.
