I just came across the following story on Gizmodo:China Will Build the Tallest Building In the World in Just 90 DaysNow this building is going to be constructed of prefabricated materials, so I think the number is somewhat disingenuous, considering the time it will take to assemble these materials isn't included in the construction timeline, I believe (please correct me if I'm wrong here).So . . . what are your thoughts?

Many large towns will have everything online if you just search the different departments for it.If it's a smaller town where they are behind on technology if you do not want to pay for someone's assembled information then you will need to go to the building (s) there and do it yourself which will cost you extra time.

The steel frame ones are harder to insure, and I can't get an exact answer why.I also own 1 prefab kit house built in the late 60s, it was not a delivered house but prefabbed and assembled on site.

This is similar to a manufactured home where the utility connections are on one of the halves of the building.My conclusion is that this 1978 building was partially assembled offsite, delivered to the property via flat bed, lowered onto the foundation with a crane then construction of the front and rear portions were the completed onsite.
