Hey @Josh Middendorf - If you were up in Chicago I could help, but I think after some research you will find there are many smaller boutique brokerages that are investors themselves. 

I'd really like to find a small boutique Government relations or law firm to lease the spaces. 

I have a boutique residential brokerage and have an investor client paying ~$225k/house in DFW.

Are there any Commercial Real Estate Underwriters that think this would this be possible if I started the CCIM course and worked my way into a boutique firm?

Hi Phil, I am a licensed agent in NY State and work with a boutique agency by Union Square.

@Chris Dawson  good list... and agree on brokers license if they are engaged in PM.. however if they sub out PM.. and they own all the assets they sell then brokers licenses are not required.I have many folks I fund that are smaller boutique type TK sellers and they do not need licesnes to sell their own inventory.. 

Most likely a small "boutique" broker, who won't train you or give you any desk/materials or help is going to be the best for you.

I work with a medium sized "boutique" company - Dwell Denver Real Estate - currently but have no strong connections to accessible investors.
