Email, either a typed notice or attaching a scan of a letter to an email.There is no reason for docusign on notice to vacate.

I agree the old sliding doors from the 1980's can leak, get dirty or moldy, but most of this is because of age.

The only real disadvantage is there is a governing body to answer to if you're into shady business practices.
