Hi Luca,a rate/term bridge with rehab budget would be your best bet. there would be no PPP's since it's a bridge, you'd be able to pay off the existing lien, and you'd get your funds to do some renovations to the property.I should be able to help with this, but I'd need more information on the property and how much in rehab you are looking to do.

You might look into some of the real estate crowdfunding sites that allow you to invest only a few hundred dollars into whatever project you like and build up savings in the meantime so that you can take down one of these deals in the future.

if the timber is merch you should get a mill in there to bid on the timber.. hire a logger.. profit you use to knock the stumps out.your civil engineer should be giving you a preliminary cost to do infrastructure normally they will do these for free since they will be designing it all.. they would be the best bet anyone on line is simply a WAG

It’s hard to find a lot of negative reviews as they’ve gotten Reddit threads removed and pour in fake reviews on sites from employees, family members etc. it’s not that hard to do a quick google search and see.
