Just bought a house at a very good deal, obviously they wanted to rid of it, but since buying it 2 months ago, had to buy a new roof, which is on me, now the tenant said that bath tub faucet broke and now heater in oven is not working, is this on me or tenant.

In reality when the unit has no water, the toilets don't flush, and you will have to deal with that on the turn.Sometimes, in such situations, the bath tub gets used as a latrine, leading to a very unpleasant situation when the unit must be turned.Good Luck!
