Sometimes I have to play catch-up and the "monthly" checks get written in batches. 

We use Propstream all the time, it's great for quick comps and skip tracing a few leads (I like Batch Leads better for big lists), and we have built a CRM system in Salesforce through Left Main - but have found that for building lists / sending mailers and skip tracing, all of that can be done in Deal Machine.
