Very key thing here, I don't have a finance/economics background, and am just getting started in this area, but this struck me as a good strategy to use.

Like I said, we don't know your background or resources.  

I was just trying to ask an engaging question for those who have knowledge and background in both.  

The amount of likeminded attendees who have come from similar backgrounds or journeys to begin their real estate investing careers really helps an individual in this space find a place they can call home.

If you examine all of these questions, which we all read every day, there are a couple of apparent things missing that make them impossible to answer:1. skin in the game2. research done before posting3. why the poster is asking (background)4. camaraderie (just give me what I want, I have nothing to offer)

So that's the background they are getting.There is no 'cash flow' right now on a conventional long term deal with debt, especially DSCR debt.
