I have contacted the FBI for white collar crime, given all of my open records to the state auditor since it involves a government agency and filed complaints with the real estate commission.

I have some anxiety if my paperwork is legit if a Gov't auditor or City official were to ask about my rental.What documents does everyone have for their rentals stored on Google Drive for example?

Make a list of all of the addresses then go to your local county auditor's website and search the owner's name.

They also will get everything ready for your CPA, the State Auditors, IRS, and tax people in terms all those kinda people understand.It would be silly, like an investor trying to remodel a house or buy all the materials for a project

Also that PDF is worthless for delinquent taxes since the content is standard auditor information, not current activity.
