Other than google sheets or iOS excel, are there any decent spreadsheet apps so you can crunch your numbers on the go in the field?

I prefer the Redfin app for more accurate info and better search capabilities than Zillow, but it’s not available in all areas.

However, I talked to someone recently who made $1000 in a week walking dogs through one of those dog services that has an app.

She didn’t call back.Long story short I call back today and find out the homeowner has been leaning toward selling since the property hasn’t rented (needs updating) but they received a rental app yesterday :)The original homes are comping at $250K-$300K with updated homes nextdoor comping at $575-$675.The agent said she would present the offer to her client, but she thinks he’s leaning heavily toward renting it another year and will allow him to pay some debt.Do you know of a creative approach to tie up the property now and make it a win/win..?

So the big question I have is do any fellow landlords out there use any type of app or program for your phone that allows you to set up a sort of "Mock" business line.

The family said that the management group app states it has to be owner occupied, forcing me to not renting it out.

@Reshay GreenCheck out an app called “meet up” you can see local investor groups where a lot of them all they do is present wholesale deals and you can get other investors emails to add them to your email list for your next deal.

Does anybody know the app that let you choose a person to do tasks for me like drive by a property and do a small report to the condition of the house for a fee

@Jye Tan I have 7 properties and I either go door to door or i have a dropbox at my building they can use.. and sometimes I use the cash app it's free. .
