I have always been thrifty and analytical.

If you know the analytics of the game im street wise. let me know your thoughts. 

There are literally thousands of extremely smart analytical people that want to invest in RE but never can do it because they understand spreadsheets but don't understand the actual building and what it takes physically to run.

I am very involved in the game we call real estate investing from the analytical side.

I majored in Business Operations and focused on Data Analytics.

                         -  Doing all the research and making the analytical decisions                       - Does not live in the area planning on purchasing inDan:    - Grew up in the area and has intimate knowledge of the streets and connections                          - Can do ALL construction and repairs                          - Qualified Inspector                          -  Will manage the property.Jeff could just hire a construction worker, property manager, repairman,  inspector (and anyone else necessary) and pay them per diam. 

Step by step on mindset, analytics, team building, etc.

I do get bookings a year out for premium events but for the most part most of my bookings are in the 3 month to 6 month range.Homeaway / VRBO as you know has some great analytic tools for see upcoming trends in increased demand and now even projected demand.Most of my income comes from my long term rentals so I don't worry too much about my VRBO booking.
